PREP ROUNDUP: River Valley boys basketball roll Galt
The River Valley High boys basketball team earned its first victory in a resounding way at home on Monday.
The Falcons trounced Galt 74-41 thanks to 14 points and six steals from Stuart Bradley.
Jordan Noall finished with 13 points, while Josh Dhatt scored nine points and Gurvir Gill led the team in the rebounding department with nine.
T.J. Dove, one of the Falcons' top players, is expected to be back to full strength by next week after suffering an injury during football season.
With the victory, River Valley sits at 1-2 overall and play at Rio Americano today before competing in the Nevada Union Tournament later this week.

In Yuba City — The Falcons followed the varsity team in rolling Galt.
Devin Cates led River Valley (3-3) with 17 points.
Robert Quintero added 10 points and Sukhprit Sooch finished with nine.
