FELONY ARRESTS


  • Jeffrey Allen Swarthout, 27, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:35 a.m. Sept. 12 at the department on suspicion of causing injury while driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
