Richard M. Wallace

Richard “Dick” Malion Wallace, 80, of Williams died Dec. 9, 2006, at his residence.


Born in Williams, he was a lifelong Mid-Valley resident.


He was a farmer for 60 years.


He served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946 and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Williams.


Also, he was a member of the National Rifle Association.


Survivors include a daughter, Valerie June Ungewitter of Kelseyville; a sister, June O'Sullivan of Colusa; a brother, Parker Wallace of Fort Bragg; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.


He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ruth Mofield-Wallace.


Donations may be made to the Yolo Hospice, P.O. Box 1014, Davis, CA 95617.


Services: A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at McNary-Moore Funeral Chapel, 107 Fifth St., Colusa.
