Michelle Whitlow and Ryan Harvey, residents of Sacramento, plan to wed June 26 in Santa Clara.
The bride-to-be, daughter of Charles and Doreen Whitlow of Yuba City, is a graduate of Yuba City High School.
She earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from California State University, Sacramento and is enrolled in the school's teaching credential program.
Her fiancé, the son of David and Irene Harvey of Shingle Springs, is a graduate of Ponderosa High School in Shingle Springs. He is serving as a sergeant in the Army Reserves and is working toward a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at CSU Sacramento.
