If Chase Wymore had one wish, he would like everyone to be able to do their dream job.

Residence: Sacramento for the past two years.

Occupation: Manager/bartender at The Refuge Restaurant.

Hobbies, interests: Love to travel; I've been all over the United States.

Where do you get your news? Internet and customers.

What brought you to the Yuba-Sutter area? I was born here.

Where would you like to settle down someday? No place in particular — if something comes up, I'm not afraid to venture out.

What is the closest you've been to a famous person? One time at the airport in Southern California coming back from Disneyland ,we saw what I call the Sunday morning football crew (TV commentators), including Jim Kelly and Terry Bradshaw. I pointed them out to my uncle and he headed straight for them. He left me behind.

If you were granted one wish, what would you wish for? That everyone could do their dream job. My dream job is to own a music entertainment management company.

Tell us about a significant event in your life: I moved to San Diego when I was 19 years old for about a year when some friends suggested it. I had never been there before. I saw that there is a difference between Northern and Southern California — it made me realize I'm more of a Northern California homebody.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? I had bad heart problems, so I wanted to be a cardiologist.

Favorite places in the area: I love watching movies, so the movie theater.

What is one of your favorite memories? A memory precious to me is when I graduated from Sac State. I'm the first in my immediate family to earn a bachelor's degree.

What is your pet peeve? I hate it at night when the air conditioner is on, or it's raining, making a steady noise, then suddenly it stops and there's no sound. It's too quiet.

Dream vacation: In the U.S., I want to go to Florida; outside of the country, would visit Spain.

What would you do with a million dollars? I would take my entire family on vacation.

What movie do you have to stop and watch while flipping through the TV channels? "Joe Dirt" with David Spade.
