Deborah L. Richter
Deborah L. Richter, 55, of Marysville died Jan. 5, 2006, at University of California, Davis, Medical Center in Sacramento.
Born in Boise, Idaho, she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 17 years.
She was a professor at Yuba Community College in Linda.
She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, Iota Sigma chapter; the Yuba College Faculty Association; the American Association of University Women; and the American Association of University Professors.
Survivors include two daughters, Vanessa Richter of Sacramento and Elizabeth Richter of Bainbridge Island, Wash.; her parents, Betty and John Druash of Marysville; a sister, Carol Nagel of Boise, Idaho; and a granddaughter.
Donations may be made to Fremont-Rideout Cancer Center, 989 Plumas St., Yuba City, CA 95991.
Services: A service is at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 222 Clark Ave., Yuba City. Burial is private. Arrangements are under the direction of Sierra View Mortuary in Olivehurst.
