FELONY ARRESTS
Amiee Patricia Wren, 30, of the 100 block of Main Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7 a.m. Jan. 7 on suspicion of welfare fraud. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Gregory Alan Cheatham, 33, of the 1100 block of Kenny Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9 a.m. Jan. 7 at his residence on suspicion of spousal abuse and false imprisonment. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Gary Lee Dobbins Jr., 40, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:59 p.m. Jan. 6. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Sean Patrick Snyder, 21, of the 12000 block of Kimberly Road, Loma Rica, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 6. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Bobby Potts, 30, of the 1700 block of Oleander Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:20 a.m. Jan. 7 at W. Onstott Road and Highway 99, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jennifer Lynn Chapman, 21, of the 900 block of Railroad Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:46 a.m. Jan. 7 at the 1100 block of Colusa Avenue, Yuba City. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Plutarco Hernandez Ledesma, 36, of San Pablo, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:13 a.m. Jan. 6 at Morton Street and Park Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Douglas Richard Ruffner, 19, of North Highlands, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at noon Jan. 7 in the 1800 block of Dijon Court, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
