FELONY ARRESTS
Michael David Cummins, 21, of the 300 block of Moore Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 3 at Highway 65 and Rancho Road on suspicion of theft or unauthorized use of a vehicle, conspiracy to commit a felony and buying or receiving a stolen vehicle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Gabriel Albert Woodward, 20, of the 1500 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 3 on Highway 65 on suspicion of theft or unauthorized use of a vehicle and buying or receiving a stolen vehicle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
James Chester Mitchell, 22, of the 600 block of Ardmore Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:36 a.m. Jan. 3 on North Beale Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Parmjit Singh Samra, 42, of the 1700 block of Gordon Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 2500 block of Nuestro Way, Tierra Buena, on suspicion of making criminal threats. Samra was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Andrew George Burton, 18, of the 1500 block of Jeffrey Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:15 p.m. Jan. 3 at Clark and Spiva avenues on suspicion of vehicle theft. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
