Felony Arrests

Martin Edwardo Martinez, 32, of the 1400 block of Sanborn Road, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:12 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 1400 block of Sanborn Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jose Antonio Almanza, 21, of the 700 block of Richland Road, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2 a.m. Feb. 8 at Larkin and Paseo roads on suspicion of robbery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Reina Elizabeth Hernandez-Diaz, 39, of the 7700 block of Ash Way, Linda, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department on the 800 block of J Street on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Slyvia Marie Burns, 26, of the 1900 block of Cyrstal Creek Lane, Yuba City, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department on the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with prior arrests. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Kevin Michael Taxera, 22, of the 600 block of Dale Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:45 p.m. Feb. 7 at Lyndsey Lane and Franklin Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Marcel Deshauan Chiles, 22, of the 1100 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 8 at Bridge Street and Cooper Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
