Felony Arrests
Sandeep S. Jawanda, 23, of the 2900 block of Carr Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4 p.m. Sept. 15 on Garden Highway on suspicion of forgery and burglary. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Drake N. Noyan, 29, of the 500 block of Brown Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:25 a.m. Sept. 17 in the 200 block of Park Avenue on suspicion of possession on a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Robert D. McPhun, 44, of the 10000 block of Spring Valley Road, Loma Rica, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:44 p.m. Sept. 18 at his home on suspicion of unlawfully taking a vehicle and receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Gregg T. Davis, Jr., 24, of Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:58 p.m. Sept. 18 on East 12th Street on suspicion of resisting an officer. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Michael A. Beardon, 27, of the 1100 block of Kiefer Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:59 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 500 block of East 16th Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and cruelty to a child. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Chase A. Hoopes, 23, of Anderson, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:36 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 5000 block of Olivehurst Avenue on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Pelarson Singthavilay, 28, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:19 a.m. Sept. 16 on E Street. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Jose Cruz Avila-Avila, 27, of the 1200 block of Meadow Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:19 p.m. Sept. 16 on Highway 99. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Allen R. Nelson Jr., 21, of the 1200 block of Casita Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:15 a.m. Sept. 15 on Bogue Road. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Christian G. Rosario, 35, of the 1500 block of Bridge Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:39 a.m. Sept. 19 on Sunsweet Boulevard. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Ryan C. Saner, 21, of the 2400 block of Oak Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 3:30 a.m. Sept. 19 on Phillips Road. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Zachary E. Trujillo, 34, of Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:59 p.m. Sept. 18 on F Street. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
