Felony Arrests

Ryan Joseph Fimby, 28, of the 1100 block of Wyler Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12 noon Sept. 29 in the 1400 block of Live Oak Boulevard on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jeremy Lyn Payne, 21, of the 1400 block of Stabler Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7 p.m. Sept. 29 at his residence on suspicion of threatening crime or great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Andrew Jenkins, 26, of the 1100 block of Railroad Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:10 p.m. Sept. 29 at his residence on suspicion of force with a daily weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

James Anthony Murphy, 22, of the 1600 block of Second Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:50 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 500 block of Washington Avenue on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Michael Wayne Morris, 21, of the 6100 block of Sunshine Avenue, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 29 at sheriff's headquarters on suspicion of burglary and grand theft. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

James Eugene Holden, 36, of the 1100 block of Grand Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 9:45 p.m. Sept. 29 on suspicion of possessing a firearm with a felony conviction and possession or sale of a short-barrel gun. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Jonathan Shardik Moreno, 29, of the 100 block of Hazel Street, Gridley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:55 p.m. Sept. 29 at Butte House Road and Blevin. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Sharon Kay Khan, 49, of the 9700 block of P Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:05 p.m. Sept. 38 on Highway 99. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Julie Rochelle Azbill, 37, of the 4000 block of Donald Drive, Olivehurst, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:04 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 1600 block of McCune Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Alexander Phillip Wright, 24, of Lincoln, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:13 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 10000 block of Garden Highway. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

David Benjamin Earl, 37, of the 2700 block of California Street, Sutter, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2 a.m. Sept. 29 at Butte House Road and Delle Drive. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Allen Vandeburg, 35, of Reno, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:45 p.m. Sept. 29 at Highway 20 and Marysville Highway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
