Felony Arrests

Dylan C. Allison, 20, of the 200 block of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:24 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 700 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of embezzlement. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Satwant S. Dhami, 50, of the 1600 block of Southward Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:02 p.m. Oct. 4 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jagdeep S. Dhesi, 33, of the 300 block of Royal River Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:36 p.m. Oct. 4 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, false imprisonment and damaging a telephone line. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Robert E. Jones, 51, of the 1100 block of East 17th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:20 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 400 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Christina M. Webb, 33, of the 500 block of University Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:35 p.m. Oct. 4 on Bridge Street on suspicion of possession on a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and committing a felony while released from jail on a prior charge. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jennifer M. O'Hair, 21, of the 1200 block of Skyline Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:20 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 1200 block Colusa Avenue on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Troy J. Agundez, 24, of the 700 block of Bridge Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 1200 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Eugene T. Patterson, 33, of the 5000 block of Canal Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Probation Department at 7:15 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 1600 block of Second Street, Olivehurst, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Miguel Valazquez-Fernandez, 43, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:30 a.m. Oct. 4 on Highway 70 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Martin Larios-Guzman, 31, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:50 a.m. Oct. 4 on Highway 70 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
