Felony Arrests
Donald Rocky Arbaugh, 56, of the 700 block of Teakwood Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:05 a.m. Oct. 6 at his residence on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Joveil Almourieh Cox, 31, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 1:32 p.m. Oct. 5 at sheriff's headquarters on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, parole violation, and petty theft with priors. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Ronald Dean Snook, Jr. of the 1600 block of Hunter Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 1:45 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of attempted vehicle theft. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Michael Wayne Morris, 46, of the 5500 block of Arboga Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 7:44 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 5600 block of Arboga Road on suspicion of attempted burglary and parole violation. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Driving Under the Influence arrests
Jose Alfred Santana-Cuevas, 18, of the 1200 block of Kenney Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:50 a.m. Oct. 6 at Colusa Avenue and Plumas Street. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jacob Samuel Grinnell, 19, of the 1100 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:52 a.m. Oct. 6 at Gray Avenue and Kensington Way. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jorge Ibarra-Castilla, 34, of the 10400 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 6 at Plum and North Streets, Live Oak. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jose Thomas Valdez, 30, of the 1200 block of Birch Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:55 p.m. Oct. 6 on Simpson Lane. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Logan Daniel Ward, 20, of the 1100 block of E. 19th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 7:22 p.m. Oct. 6 on Rideout Way. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
