Felony Arrests

William C. Endicott, 47, of the 1000 block of Jay Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:32 p.m. Oct. 25 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with prior convictions. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

James J. Vanderheiden, Jr., 21, of the first block of Via Grande, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department in the 200 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Gavin A. Leal Sr., 56, of the 3800 block of Alicia Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:10 a.m. Oct. 25 on Hammonton-Smartsville Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Earl L. Hollon, III, 59, of the 600 block of Kiley Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 26 at his home on suspicion of spousal abuse. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

DUIS

Jose A. Hernandez-Cisneros, 32, of the 5600 block of Arboga Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:40 a.m. Oct. 27 on Arboga Road. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Brian M. Frett, 28, of Lincoln, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 26 on Highway 65. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Thomas A. Godwin, 19, of Auburn, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 1:15 a.m. Oct. 27 in the 100 block of D Street. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Terri L. Klemp, 60, of the 1100 block of East 17th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 7:04 p.m. Oct. 25 on East 17th Street. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Logan M. Beauchamp, 27, of the 1000 block of Beymer Loop, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:05 a.m. Oct. 27 on Stabler Lane. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Shanan D. Norris, 20, of the 1700 block of Northfield Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:24 a.m. Oct. 27 on Northfield Drive. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Ariel B. Torres, 22, of San Jose, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:53 a.m. Oct. 27 on Highway 99. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
