Felony Arrests

Brad A. Whitmer, 31, of the first block of Toledo Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:12 p.m. Oct. 28 on Highway 20 on suspicion of evading police and taking a vehicle without owner consent. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrest

Dustin M. Lee, 31, of the 300 block of B Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:15 a.m. Oct. 30 at 12th and B streets. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
