Felony Arrests

Heather M. Richey, 33, of Chicago Park, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:08 p.m. Nov. 6 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of taking a vehicle without owner consent and receiving stolen property. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Monica A. Garza, 41, of Corning, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 7 in the 200 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of petty theft with prior convictions. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Marty W. Martin, 39, of Lincoln, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 2 p.m. Nov. 7 on Main Street on suspicion of possession of a loaded weapon. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Jennifer R. Kachur, 21, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 7 at her home on suspicion of child cruelty. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Ryan O. MacIntyre, 34, of Oakland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:07 p.m. Nov. 7 on Highway 20. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
