Felony Arrests

Jose D. Arteaga-Ronquillo, 18, of the 1900 block of Hardial Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1 p.m. Nov. 7 on Mann Drive on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jordan B. Kellener, 37, of the 5000 block of Chestnut Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 8 in the 200 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Jonathan E. Thomas, 23, of the 5700 block of Riverside Drive, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:07 a.m. Nov. 8 on Sycamore Avenue on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

William Al Gill, 23, of the 700 block of Mayfair Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2 a.m. Nov. 9 at Heather Drive and Stabler Lane. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
