FELONY ARRESTS

Gary Allen Huber, Jr., 35, of the 400 block of West Onstott in Yuba City, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. Nov. 21 in the 500 block of Colusa Avenue by the Yuba City Police Department on suspicion of auto theft. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jasmine Ruby Star Kelley, 36, of the 10000 block of Marysville Road in Dobbins, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Nov. 21 in the 600 block of Kiley Avenue by the Yuba City Police Department on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

Irene Mesa Alvarez, 29, of the 2000 block of North Beale Road in Marysville, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. Nov. 21 at Bridge and Boyd streets by the Yuba City Police Department on suspicion of drunken driving. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Oswaldo Juarez Hernandez, 25, of the 800 block of Kimball Avenue in Yuba City, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 21 at Gray and Louise avenues by the Yuba City Police Department. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
