Felony Arrests
James P. Roberts, 29, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:47 a.m. Nov. 24 in the 1500 block of Ellis Lake Drive, on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Sergio Gonzales-Ortega, 24, of the 400 block of Third Street, Wheatland, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 8:15 p.m. Nov. 23 at his home, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Valeria Rosales, 34, of the 1700 block of Tudor Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:46 p.m. Nov. 23 at 11th and J streets, on suspicion of child cruelty and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Victor Marquez, 22, of the 3500 block of Rue Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 5:15 p.m. Nov. 23 at 10th and I streets on suspicion of evading police. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
DUI arrests
David L. Olivera, 46, of the 100 block of Mississippi Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 4:10 a.m. Nov. 24 at Franklin and Clark avenues. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Kyleigh M. Sacchetti, 22, of the 3100 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:40 a.m. Nov. 24 on Queens Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Marsea R. Bess, 31, of the 3400 block of Nuestro Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 24 on Rosaline Avenue. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Gerry M. Sowles, 28, of the 1800 block of Hardial Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:56 a.m. Nov. 24 on Bridge Street. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Jonathan S. Schrefier, 30, of Orinda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 23 on Third and Elm streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Corey J. Carter, 25, of the 2300 block of Cheim Boulevard, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:07 a.m. on Eigth and D streets. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
