Felony Arrests

Misty Marie Roberts, 31, of the Knights Inn Motel, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:47 a.m. Nov. 24 in the 1500 block of Ellis Lake Drive on suspicion of receiving stolen property, driving under the influence and hit and run. She was booked into Y Yuba County Jail.

Michael David Noyes, 25, homeless, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 7 p.m. Nov. 24 at Oregon Creek Day Use on suspicion of selling marijuana. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Brent Saint Valentine Ruddoci, 38, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 7 p.m. Nov. 24 at Oregon Creek Day Use on suspicion of selling marijuana. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Patrick Bouvier Womack, 49, of the 1800 block of HIle Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 2 a.m. Nov. 25 at the sheriff's headquarters on suspicion of threats to commit crime. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Terri Lynn Rhodes, 28, of the 1800 block of Turpen Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:26 p.m. Nov. 24 on Turpen west of Powerline Road. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jose Santiago, 20, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 25 at Franklin and Clark. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
