Felony Arrests

Tanya K. Sears, 32, of the 5800 block of Garden Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:45 p.m. Nov. 30 at her home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

James G. Ford, 46, of the 800 block of I Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 9 a.m. Nov. 30 in the 800 block of J Street on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

John A. Floyd, 34, of the 200 block of Park Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:15 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 700 block of Fourth Street on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance for sale, transporting a narcotic controlled substance and child cruelty. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Ajay K. Pegany, 30, of the 2100 block of Elmer Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 4:17 a.m. Dec. 1 on Highway 20 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Julie A. Broughton, 32, of the 1400 block of Stabler Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:35 p.m. Nov. 30 at her home on suspicion of burglary, forgery, theft and receiving stolen property. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Michelle R. Filby, 35, of the 500 block of Downie Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:21 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 800 block of Gray Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and petty theft with a prior conviction. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Amanda L. Bond, 22, of the 1900 block of Pyramid Creek Drive, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:07 p.m. Nov. 30 on Lindhurst Avenue. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
