Felony Arrests

Seara Faye Cheso, 32, of the 5800 block of Riverside Drive, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 8:34 a.m. Dec. 1 at her home on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant and to assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jody Dean Johnson, 42, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 10:15 p.m. Nov. 30 at Hallwood Boulevard at Hopper on suspicion of making threats to commit a crime. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Sean Cody Jones, 24, of Roseville, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 500 block of McDevitt Drive on suspicion of possessing narcotics. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Sofia Marie Sanchez, 36, of the 1900 block of Sunrise Avenue, Linda, by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:34 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 1100 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime. She was booked into Sutter Couty Jail.

Vanessa Ashlee Prather-Chavez, 20, of the 5900 block of Poplar Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:38 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 1100 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jeremy Lee Grove, 22, of the 200 block of Woodbridge Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:56 p.m. Dec. 1 on Woodbridge, north of Del Monte Avenue on suspicion of manufacture or possession of a weapon and transport of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Cesar Alejandro Martinez, 31, of the 2900 block of Virgilia Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:29 p.m. Dec. 1 at Forbes and Clark Avenues. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Cindy Denise Anderson, 39, of the 1500 block of Sessler Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:20 a.m. Dec. 2 at Plumas and Bridge Streets. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
