Felony Arrests

David W. Baker, 44, of the 2300 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 7 on Spartan Way on suspicion of embezzlement, conspiracy, burglary and controlled substance possession. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jose J. Zuniga, 18, of the 1800 block of Seventh Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:58 p.m. in the 4400 block of Olive on suspicion of criminal street gang participation. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Lloyd E. Riggs, 40, no address listed, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3:41 p.m. Dec. 6 on Riverside Drive on suspicion of evading police. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Vanessa M. Chaboya, 28, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at noon Dec. 6 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Allen D. Atkinson, 55, of the 5200 block of Lindhurst Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:12 p.m. Dec. 6 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence Arrests

Nathan W. Roberts, 75, of the 1400 block of Princess Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 12:40 a.m. Dec. 8 on Second Street. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Anthony R. Silva, 59, of Camptonville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:29 p.m. Dec. 7 on Marysville Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Daisy D. Campos, 19, of the 2000 block of Taylor Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:48 a.m. Dec. 8 on River Run Drive. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
