Felony Arrests

Casey Austin Donaho, 23, homeless of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:45 a.m. Dec. 16 on Bridge Street, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Catherine Camelia Dewitt, 48, of the 200 block of Ohleyer Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:10 p.m. Dec. 15 at home, on suspicion of obstructing and resisting arrest. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

David Williams, 31, of the 600 block of Idaho Street, Gridley, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:20 p.m. Dec. 16 at Sears, on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy to commit a felony. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Rachel Gutierrez Rios, 39, of the 1700 block of Jordan Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:20 p.m. Dec. 16 at Sears on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony, and theft with prior violation. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Kimberly Ann Marie West, 22, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 16 at Sears, on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Dawn Michelle Butler, 38, of the 500 block of H Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:50 p.m. Dec. 16 at home, on suspicion of illegally possessing marijuana plants and cruelty to a child. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Gary Homer Vanhorn, 53, of the 5900 block of Garden Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:45 p.m. Dec. 16 at home, on suspicion of possessing narcotics. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Timothy Murphy, 58, of Chico, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:45 p.m. Dec. 16 on Walton Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
