Felony Arrests

Tommie Day III, 31 of the 4800 block of Pacific Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:49 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Cody L. Preston, 20, of Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:42 p.m. Dec. 17 on Blue Street on suspicion of unlawfully taking a vehicle and receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Dawn M. Butler, 38, of the 500 block of H Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:50 p.m. Dec. 16 at her home on suspicion of planting marijuana. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Gary H. van Horn, 53, of the 5900 block of Garden Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at his home on suspicion of narcotic controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
