Felony Arrests

Roy Albert Stevens, 33, of the 1000 block of Marysville Road, Browns Valley, was arrested at 11 a.m. Dec. 22 in the 10000 block of Marysville Road on suspicion of threatening a serious crime. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Olivia Marie Del-Bono, of the 1500 block of Freeman Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11 a.m. Dec. 22 at her home on suspicion of posessing a short-barrel shotgun. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

James Morris Clontz, 20, of the 1500 block of Freeman Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:52 a.m. Dec. 22 at his home on suspicion of posessing a short-barrel shotgun. He was booked into Yuba County.

Gregory Louis Casey, 26 of the 1900 block of Fall River Drie, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 6:05 p.m. Dec. 22 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked in Yuba County Jail.

Pamela Cay Nall, 56, of the 16800 block of Willow Glen, Brownsville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 21. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

John Anthony Ramirez, 46, of the 300 block of McRae Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:15 a.m. Dec. 22 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal on spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Richard Dean Pingel, 42, of the 1400 block of Simpson Lane, Linda, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 7:26 a.m. Dec. 20 in the 2700 block of Pepper Street, Sutter, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

Bryan Valencia, 23, of the 900 block of East Crest Park, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10 p.m. Dec. 22 at the Percy Market on suspicion of robbery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Elliott Kenneth Troxel, 20, of the 4000 block of Marlett Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 12:55 a.m. Dec. 23 at the Andros Karperos School on suspicion of possessing a concentrated cannabis. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Darlene Richardson Sullivan, 48, of the 2000 Spanish Ranch Way, Plumas Lake, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 6:29 Dec. 21 in Wheatland. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Eduardo Carrillo Torres, 23, of Natomas was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:55 a.m. Dec. 22 at Highway 70 off McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
