Felony Arrests
Brandon Fuller, 32, of the 1000 block of Tiburon Way, Plumas Lake, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:26 a.m. Dec. 29 at McGowan Parkway off Highway 70, on suspicion of impersonation and providing false information. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Michael Allen Kunde, 32, of the 400 block of Park Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:40 a.m. Dec. 30 at Carl's Jr., on suspicion of transport or sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and three counts of committing a felony while released on his own recognizance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Jonathan Matthew Dixon, 24, of the 900 block of Virginia Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at his home on suspicion of shooting a weapon in an inhabited dwelling and possessing body armor. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Michael Ray Hackney, 31, of the 600 block of Teesdale Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:32 p.m. Dec. 31 at Sears, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Sean Joseph Maskouich, 29, of the 700 block of Lincoln Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:39 a.m. Dec. 31 in the 1200 block of Garden Highway, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, threatening a crime or great bodily injury, and damaging power lines. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Aaron Derwan Jacobs, 35, of the first block of Garden Highway, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:50 p.m. Dec. 30 on Garden Highway, on suspicion of threatening crime or great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
James Sean Smith, 43, of the 1500 block of Anneka Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:29 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 700 block of West Onstott Frontage Road, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and receiving stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Armando Leigh Soto, 25, homeless of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9 a.m. Dec. 30 in the 800 block of Gray Avenue on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Christopher Lee Thompson, 33, of the 1200 block of Charlotte Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 1700 block of Date Street, Live Oak on suspicion of brandishing a weapon on a police officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail without bail.
Vincent Thomas White, 21, of the 1900 block of Jonathan Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:10 a.m. Dec. 30 in the 1400 block of Upland Drive, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Stephen Bryan Huffman, 52, of Elk Grove, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:35 a.m. Dec. 30 on Highway 99 south of Riego Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
