Felony Arrests

Jennifer R. Kachur, 21, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:10 p.m. Jan. 1 in the 1100 block of Harter Parkway was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department on suspicion of burglary and committing a felony while out on bail from a prior charge. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Juan F. Servin, 23, of the 500 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:22 p.m. Jan. 1 in the 1100 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of burglary and committing a felony while out on bail from a prior charge. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Hugo M. Rodriguez, 23, of Woodland, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:50 a.m. Jan. 1 on Kirkville Road on suspicion of receiving stolen property and controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

James G. Boeh, 53, of the 5600 block of Marysville Road, Browns Valley, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 6:47 p.m. Dec. 31 on Ramirez Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Gilberto P. Vela, 38, of the 1100 block of Barry Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:24 a.m. Jan. 1 on Garden Highway. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Alfonso Flores, Jr., 26, of the 100 block of Shanghai Bend Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:42 a.m. Dec. 31 on South Barrett Road. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Victor A. Nash, 18, of the 1900 block of Olivehurst Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:22 a.m. Jan. 1 on Broadway Drive. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
