Felony Arrests

Mary Katherine Willig, 26, of the 600 block of Willow Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:39 a.m. Jan. 12 at her home on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Stephen Emory Womer, 55, of the 1500 block of Holly Tree Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at Queens Avenue and Clark Avenue on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and driving while under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Shawn Paul Toles, 30, of the 1800 block of Riverbank Drive, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 12 at Simpson Lane and Babbington. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
