Felony Arrests

Javier Crespo, 52, of the 1000 block of Wilson Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 13 by the Yuba City Police Department in the 1200 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of burglary and petty theft with prior offenses. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jeremiah David Johnson, 28, of the 1700 block of Covillaud Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:06 p.m. Jan. 13 at his home on suspicion of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm and threatening a crime or great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail without bail.

Abelardo Vargas Rivera, 38, of the 1000 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 14 at Fremont Way and Plumas Street on suspicion of illegal entry and driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail without bail.
