FELONY ARRESTS

Jaqdeep S. Badwal, 35, of the 1300 block of Phillips Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 4:45 a.m. Jan. 16 near Sampson Street and E. 19th Street on suspicion of transporting and selling a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Rudy N. Light, 55, of the 300 block of Bird Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 6 a.m. Jan. 16 near Sampson Street and East 19th Street on suspicion of transporting and selling a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Alfredo V. Banuelos, 26, of the 2400 block of Elm Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:05 a.m. Jan. 17 on the 2400 block of Elm Street on suspicion of battery and making threats to commit a crime. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Niccole A. Buehrle, 35, of the 700 block of Duke Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11 p.m. Jan. 16 on the 700 block of Duke Court on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

James S. Smith, 43, of the 1500 block of Anneka Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:24 p.m. Jan. 16 near Joy Way and Bridge Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Antonio Zamudio, 18, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 2:35 a.m. Jan. 16 on suspicion of first degree burglary. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

Richard H. Hatfield, 52, of the 1700 block of Swezy Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:39 a.m. Jan. 16 near 10th and G streets. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
