Felony Arrests
Brandon Patrick Delozier, 18, of the 400 block of Wilbur Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 19 at Kmart on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Weston Richmond Johnson, 25, homeless, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 2 a.m. Jan. 20 at Bridge and Boyd Streets on suspicion of carrying a dirk or dagger and of violating probation. He was booked into Sutter County Jail without bail.
James Santiago Solis-Barboza, 45, homeless, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:06 p.m. Jan. 19 in the 100 block of Doorman Avenue on suspicion of obstructing or resisting arrest and receipt of stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Damien Lee Doyle, 35, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 3 p.m. Jan. 19 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with priors. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Nelson Ned Figueira, 38, of the 1400 block of Whyler Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 11:43 p.m. Jan. 18 on Riverside Drive on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Enrique Lopez Loranco, 58, of the 400 block of West Road, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:10 p.m. Jan. 19 at Highway 20 and George Washington Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Dana Danielle Brothers, 42, of the 800 block of Richland Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 11:45 Jan. 19 at Winship Road and Main Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Daniel Allen Sobansky, 30, of the 1400 block of Upland Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:06 a.m. Jan. 19 in the 300 block of Fifth Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
David Guerrero, 32, of the 1600 block of Fourth Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:38 p.m. Jan. 19 on North Beale Road at Feather River Boulevard. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
