Felony Arrests

Melissa L. Moody, 26, of the 1100 block of Whyler Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:13 p.m. Feb. 20 at her home on suspicion of making criminal threats. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Terry L. Ballantine, 50, and Sonya M. Daniels, 41, of the 1500 block of McGowan Parkway, Olivehurst, were arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:04 p.m. Feb. 20 at their home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. They were booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Becky L. Lucatero, 23, of the 1000 block of D Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:08 a.m. Feb. 20 at D and Ninth streets. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Johnathan A. Goddard, 24, of the 4500 block of Ardmore Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3:10 a.m. Feb. 20 at Ninth and Ardmore. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
