Police Blotter: Feb. 25, 2013

FELONY ARRESTS

Jamie A. Rosales, 37, homeless of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:57 p.m. Feb. 23 on the 1200 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Maria C. Velasco, 22, of the 100 block Del Monte Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 a.m. Feb. 23 at her home on suspicion of being an accessory to a felony. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Samuel J. Hutson, 40, homeless of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 22 north of 800 Clarity Avenue on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Chase S. Lock, 19, of the 500 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:02 a.m. Feb. 23 near Bridge Street and Walton Avenue on suspicion of possessing metal knuckles. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Sandra S. Elms, 44, of the 4700 block of Western Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 23 near Western Avenue and 19th Street on suspicion of being a felon in possession of tear gas. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

William F. Wolger, 57, of the 1900 block of 8th Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 3:41 a.m. Feb. 24 on Highway 65 on suspicion of altering vehicle registration. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

William W. Doty, 30, of the 9600 block of Spring Valley, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:08 a.m. Feb. 24 near Cheim Boulevard and Val Drive. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Steven A. Torres, 22, of the 1600 block of S. Township Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:20 a.m. Feb. 24 near N. Beale Road and Feather River Boulevard. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
