FELONY ARRESTS

Kerri L. Toussaint, 46, of the 3000 block of Nystrom Court, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 24 near Larkin Road and Nevada Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Allison E. Higgins, 28, of the 1600 block of Shasta Way, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12 p.m. Feb. 24 at her home on suspicion of receiving stolen property, forgery, passing a fake check, check fraud, passing forged notes and unauthorized use of I.D. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDERTHE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

Jose L. Garibay, 23, of the 1200 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:40 p.m. Feb. 24 near Plumas Street and Queens Avenue. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Monica A. Morgan, 39, of the 1500 block of Bridge Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:49 p.m. Feb. 24 at his home. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Gregory W. Fonderhid, 54, of the 11500 block of Hill Road, Loma Rica, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:35 p.m. Feb. 24 near 14th and D streets. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Lisa Ann Tiff, 46, of the 2700 block of Butte House Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:35 p.m. Feb. 24 on the 1100 block of N. Beale Road. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
