Felony Arrests

Mariah Hernandez, 21, of the 1000 block of Jay Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9 p.m. March 4 in the 1100 block of Tharp Road on suspicion of embezzlement and controlled substance possession. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Donald R. St. Clair, 21, of the 2400 block of Fir Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:40 p.m. March 4 on Highway 99 on suspicion of carrying a dirk or dagger. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Janelle C. Foster, 25, of the 1500 block of La Cresenta Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:55 p.m. March 5 at her home on suspicion of controlled substance possession. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Angela J. Pineda, 30, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:20 p.m. March 5 at her home on suspicion of controlled substance possession. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Paul L. Buchannon, 42, of Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at noon March 5 in the 900 block of Orange Street on suspicion of petty theft with prior convictions. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Terry J. Trull, 32, of the 700 block of Sycamore Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 4 p.m. March 5 on Arboga Road on suspIcion of controlled substance possession, controlled substance possession for sale and committing a felony while released from jail on a prior charge. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Diane L. Barbaccia, 58, of the 1700 block of Deerfield Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:20 p.m. March 6 at Fifth and Olive streets on suspicion of resisting an executive officer. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Michael W. Johnson, 41, of the 4800 block of Beaver Lane, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3 p.m. March 6 in the 200 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of taking a vehicle without owner consent and receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Rigoberto O. Bedolla, 31, of the 300 block of 300 McRae Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:40 a.m. March 6 in the 300 block of McRae Way on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, false imprisonment, and damaging a telephone line. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

David L. Olivera, 47, of the 100 block of Mississippi Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:52 a.m. March 2 at Stewart Road and Garden Highway. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Timothy D. Durfore, 46, of the 2400 block of Del Pero Street, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:46 p.m. March 4 on Highway 70. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Parminder S. Gill, 48, of the 1600 block of Seagull Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:10 p.m. March 5 on Garden Highway. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Gregory A. Buck, 43, of Whitmore, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:25 p.m. March 6 in the 8500 block of Sawtelle Avenue. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
