Felony Arrests

Samuel B. Clark, 35, of the 2000 block of California Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:30 p.m. March 8 at Orange and Forbes streets on suspicion of controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Gina P. Kruger, 46, of the 700 block of Ainsley Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:22 p.m. March 8 at Stafford and Colusa on suspicion of controlled substance possession. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

William T. Ruiz, 43, of the 4800 block of Beaver Lane, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:02 p.m. March 8 on Simpson Lane on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, controlled substance possession, controlled substance transportation and narcotic controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Robert J. Angus, 20, of the 4100 block of Feather River Boulevard, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:42 p.m. March 8 on Garden Highway on suspicion of evading police. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Marc D. Armstrong, 57, of the 1000 block of Starlite Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11 p.m. March 8 on Highway 99. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Steven M. Stutz, 59, of the 1500 block of South Township Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:03 a.m. March 8 at Orange and Maple. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
