FELONY ARRESTS
Sabas Miramontes, 26, of the 200 block of Jay Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotic Enforcement Team at 7 a.m. Feb. 26 at Lone Star Road north of Ware Road, north of Arbuckle, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy and possessing a controlled substance with intent to sell. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Rabecca Ann Torres, 29, of the 4900 block of Western Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 27 in Linda on suspicion of cruelty to a child. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Justin Lee Griffith, 28, of the 1800 block of Sixth Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:07 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 300 block of McRae Way on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Aimee Marie Basham, 28, of the first block of Toledo Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:18 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 1200 block of Melton Drive on suspicion of being an accessory to crime. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Donald Eugene Briscoe, 67, of Brownsville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:40 p.m. Feb. 26 on New York House Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Rajpal Singh Bharta, 27, of Crescent City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:50 a.m. Feb. 28 at Colusa and Clark avenues, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Eric Lee Macey, 31, of the 500 block of Justison Road, Gridley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5 p.m. Feb. 27 at Broadway and Nuestro Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Shannon Patrick Joyce, 36, of the 100 block of Clinton Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:10 p.m. Feb. 27 at her residence. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
