Celbra M. Milligan
Celbra Margaret Milligan, 76, of Yuba City died March 9, 2007, at her residence.
Born in Powhatan, Ark., she was a longtime Yuba-Sutter resident.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Anthony “Tony” Milligan of Yuba City; two daughters, Patricia Adams and Vickie Hern, both of Yuba City; a son, Glenn Milligan of Sutter; four sisters, Hazel Matthews, Wilma Webb and Ruby Ivy, all of Yuba City, and Helen Ward of Powhatan, Ark.; two brothers, Alfred Baldridge of Yuba City and Ray Baldridge of Poteau, Okla.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by seven siblings.

Services: A funeral service is at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City. The Rev. Tim Craig will officiate. Burial will follow at Sutter Cemetery.
