Engagement: Wilcox/Knoop

Joy Elizabeth Wilcox of Yuba City and William Francis Knoop of Marysville plan to wed Nov. 8 at the Hallwood Community Church of the Nazarene in Hallwood.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Audrey and Gray Poole and Richard Wilcox, all of Yuba City. She is a 1992 graduate of Yuba City High School and is employed by the state of California Bureau of Auto Repair.

Her fiancé is the son of George and Margaret Knoop of Live Oak. A 1978 graduate of St. Pius school in Galt, he is a self-employed farmer.
