Dorothy May Irvine, 91, of Yuba City died Nov. 29, 2006, at Emmanuel Health Care Center in Yuba City.
Born in Sunset, Ark., she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for six months, prior to living in Gridley for 20 years.
She was a musician and entertainer.
Survivors include her grandson and caretaker, Michael Starr of Yuba City; and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Shirley F. Irvine; two daughters, Sharon Starr and Judy Shafer; and 11 other siblings.
Services: Services are pending. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City.
