Timmy Hill
Timmy Hill, 56, of Marysville died Dec. 2, 2006, at Rideout Memorial Hospital.
Born in Yuba City, he was a lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident.
He was an asphalt paving engineer and a member of Operating Engineers Local 3.
Also, he was a musician known throughout the surrounding areas.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to '70.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Hill of Marysville; a son, Ryan Hill of Yuba City; a daughter, Karrie Hill of Yuba City; two stepdaughters, Brandi Collins of Marysville and Amanda Gilbert of Oklahoma; and a brother, Jack Hill of Yuba City.
Donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, Yuba-Sutter.
Services: A service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City. Brother Leonard Self of Christ Has Risen Ministries will officiate. Inurnment is private. A Celebration of Life is scheduled at 3 p.m. Sunday at the American Legion Hall, Linda Post 807, 5477 Feather River Blvd., Linda.
