FELONY ARRESTS
Ryan Josef Nicholas, 23, of Rocklin, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 7:07 p.m. Dec. 12 in Wheatland on a Placer County warrant for corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Esther Vasquez Roa, 49, of the 200 block of Allen Circle, Colusa, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:04 a.m. Dec. 12 in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, on suspicion of burglary, forgery and elder abuse. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Ruben Trujillo Elias, 31, of the 1500 block of Greenwich Circle, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8 p.m. Dec. 12 at Morton Street and Clark Avenue on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse, false imprisonment and driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Shannon Dawn Mankins, 42, of the 800 block of Oregon Street, Gridley, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Enforcement Team at 1:45 p.m. Dec. 12 at Davison Drugs & Stationery, 640 Market St., on suspicion of forging a prescription. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Nicole Michelle Hayward, 21, of the 2400 block of Elmer Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 13 at Stabler Lane and Colusa Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
