FELONY ARRESTS
Luke Anthony McMurry, 35, of the first block of Clinton Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:13 p.m. Sept. 10 at his residence on suspicion of cultivating marijuana. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jeffery Wayne Turner, 45, of the 5600 block of Arboga Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:18 p.m. Sept. 10 at his residence on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Joy Marie Oglesby, 23, of the 4600 block of Fleming Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department sat 6:30 p.m. Sept. 10 on the 200 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of conspiracy and burglary. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Richard Walker Bisher, 52, of Oroville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 10 on the 17100 block of Hatches Creek Road on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and threats to commit crime resulting in death or great bodily injury. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Sean Anthony Gene Backman, 21, of the 1200 block of Northgate Drive, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:06 a.m. Sept. 11 at West Onstott Frontage Road and Forestwood Drive. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Martine Garrido Elotl, 27, of the 200 block of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:11 p.m. Sept. 10 at his residence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Roberto Carlos Betancourt, 36, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6 p.m. Sept. 10 at Highway 99 and O'Banion Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Elias Urquidez, 19, of the 1100 block of Rosemary Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:15 a.m. Sept. 10 at Page and Franklin avenues. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jennifer Ann Galloway, 23m of the 15900 block of Willow Glen Road, Brownsville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:35 p.m. Sept. 10 at Rices Crossing Road. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Pamela Joann Guerrero, 45, of the 6000 block of Griffith Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 4:50 p.m. Sept. 10 on Highway 65 and Main Street. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
John Talmadge Chastain, 700 block of Sixth Street, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:50 p.m. Sept., 10 on Marysville Road north of Highway 20. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Dechunn Lee Thomas, 32, of the 1000 block of Lacasa Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 7:59 p.m. Sept. 10 at Third and Willow streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Gregory Donald Hardy, 43, of the 100 block of Brock Drive, Wheatland, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 11:14 p.m. Sept. 10 on the 500 block of McDevitt Drive. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
