FELONY ARRESTS
Ricardo Montes Romero, 20, of the 800 block of Lincoln Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 13 at Rideout Memorial Hospital, Marysville, on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse, injuring a telephone line and making criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Troy Lee Taylor, 38, of the 600 block of North George Washington Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:40 p.m. Sept. 13 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jesus Cruz Garcia, 20, of the 9200 block of Jean Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:15 p.m. Sept. 13 at WinCo, 1350 Franklin Ave., on suspicion of embezzlement. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
John Dean Martin, 23, of the 1600 block of Mosswood Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 1600 block of Mosswood Lane on suspicion of possession of ammunition by a felon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Megan Marie Willis, 18, if the 1600 block of Mosswood Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 9:28 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 1600 block of Mosswood Lane on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jose Andrew Lopez, 18, of the 200 block of Wilbur Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 p.m. Sept. 13 at his residence on suspicion of possession of stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Marshal Coit Varrone, 20, of the 1600 block of Swezy Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:43 p.m. Sept. 13 at East 22nd Street on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, criminal conspiracy and burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Aurelio Delgado Martinez Jr., 26, of the 1800 block of Park Circle, Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 9:15 p.m. Sept. 13 at 10th and F streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession for sale of a controlled substance and the transport, sale or distribution of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Larry Curtis Allen, 51, 1500 block of the Sixth Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway patrol at 11:06 p.m. Sept. 11 at Seventh and Pacific avenues on suspicion of evading a peace officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Perry Keith McElyea, 36, no address provided, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:03 p.m. Sept. 11, at Eighth and Fifth streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
