Tom Lee Phillips Sr., 45, of Yuba City died Jan. 19, 2006, at Rideout Memorial Hospital.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 101/2 years
Survivors include his wife, Lorrie Phillips of Yuba City; a son, Tommy Phillips Jr. of Yuba City; his father, Kenneth Phillips of Yuba City; two brothers, Gary Brinegar of Lakeside and John Brinegar of Sutter; two step-sisters, Misty Hansen of Yuba City and Jamie Hansen of Olivehurst; and two step-brothers, Benjamin Nelson of Yuba City and Trovoy McKinney of Vallejo.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Louise Brinegar.
Services: No local services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.
