Briefs: Two cited for buying alcohol for minors in Marysville
Two people were cited Friday for buying alcohol for minors during a Marysville Police Department sting operation.
Joseph M. Wolnik, 38, of Marysville, was arrested in the 600 block of 10th Street for furnishing alcohol to a minor and failure to sign a promise to appear in Yuba County Superior Court. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Amy Ann Garner, 37, of Marysville, was cited in the 1200 block of East 22nd Street for furnishing alcohol to a minor. She was cited and released at the scene, police said in a statement. The citations were part of the department's ongoing "Shoulder Tap" and "Minor Decoy" stings.
