Pay rates, fees on Tuesday's agenda

Health emergency planning, pay rates for department heads and fees for law enforcement or prosecution services are on Tuesday's agenda for Glenn County supervisors.

Health and Human Resources Agency employee Linda Joseph also is to be honored upon her retirement after 22 years with Glenn County.

Sheriff Larry Jones is asking to sign an agreement with Willows allowing his office to assist with covering patrol shifts for city Police Department.

He also wants to transfer $12,000 in unanticipated revenue for the service to an appropriate department account.

Interim Personnel Director Huston Carlyle is asking the board to approve a resolution adopting pay rates for county department heads and other non-union represented employees of the county beginning Feb. 3.

District Attorney Robert Maloney wants to hire Donna M. Daly to review, charge and prosecute criminal cases in his office at an hourly rate of $50 not to exceed $30,000 during the term of the agreement that ends June 30.
