Woman arraigned on vehicular manslaughter charge

A Yuba City woman has been arraigned on a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter in connection with the April death of a motorcyclist on Highway 20 near Sutter.
Tiffany Marie Fernandez, 22, pleaded not guilty Monday in Sutter County Superior Court. A Dec. 17 pretrial conference was scheduled.
Timothy Lamb, 48, of Olivehurst, was killed when Fernandez allegedly turned left into the path of his 2009 Harley-Davidson.
