A Tierra Buena man who operated a user-size methamphetamine lab in his home was sentenced Monday in Sutter County Superior Court to five years in prison.
Brian Keith Waling, 48, was arrested in July at his home in the 2400 block of Fruitridge Road. He admitted making meth there for about 10 years.
Mike Hudson, commander of the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team, described Waling's home as "an absolute wreck" and "uninhabitable."
Waling had numerous drug-related offenses on his record before the latest arrest.
